MostWantedDeadbeats.com Membership FAQ
MWDB FAQ

Q: What is purpose of this site?

A: Simple. To empower and educate parents with expert tools and resources to aid in the collection of child support from delinquent or “deadbeat” parents.

Q: Is my information on this site viewable by the public?

A: By simply joining any of our membership levels, no private information is made publicly available and you can use the site's resources anonymously. However, once you elect to create and post a member profile in our community pages your information will be publicly viewable. In addition, posting a “deadbeat” profile makes relevant data about your case — which is already public record with the courts — publicly viewable.

Q: How do I retrieve a lost username and/or password?

A: You can have your MWDB username and/or password e-mailed to you by clicking the Forgot Username/Password link present on any login areas throughout the site.

Q: How do I change my assigned password?

A: Any time after receiving the assigned password in your welcome email after signing up for one of the three membership levels, simply click the Change Password link in you're my Account page.

Q: Is the information found on this site legal advice?

A: Informational resources on MostWantedDeadbeats.com should not be construed as legal advice. Future services may include attorney referral services and/or columns, but opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Service, but not directly by MostWantedDeadBeats.com, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Always seek advice from your own attorney when making important legal decisions.

Q: Is posting a deadbeat poster legal?

A: Posting a deadbeat profile is legal. Information about your child support case is public record through the courts and MWDB's founder, Jennifer Young, won a precedent setting case allowing her to post information about her delinquent ex in an effort to collect information to enforce her judgment.

Q: How can I get my status as a deadbeat removed from this site?

A: If you feel information about your “deadbeat” status is inaccurate and wish to submit supporting documentation to the site's administrators for review, please write to support@MostWantedDeadbeats.com or a letter and self-addressed stamped envelope to:

MWDB, INC. P.O. BOX 11510, Costa Mesa, CA. 92627 and be sure to include your current CSS accounting and case number.

Q: Does Jennifer offer one-on-one coaching?

A: Yes, we are currently developing more robust coaching programs to be available to the general public, but inquiries about fees for Jennifer Young to conduct one-on-one coaching can be obtained by writing jennifer@MostWantedDeadbeats.com

Q: I have a question regarding my membership, how can I contact you?

A: Feel free to direct any questions or concerns to support@MostWantedDeadbeats.com

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Please read more about our refund policy in our Site Terms.
